Mona Gupta
Mona Gupta, principal shareholder, is a seasoned immigration attorney with over 25 years of legal experience, and 15 years specifically in immigration. She oversees the firm's family-based immigration, naturalization, and complex employment-based cases. She is a 1984 graduate of the Southern Methodist University School of Law in Dallas, Texas. Mona also holds a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics from Southern Methodist University and a Master's degree in Management and Administrative Sciences from the University of Texas at Dallas. She is an active member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA), and has served on AILA liaison committees for the Texas Service Center, Dallas District Office, and the Department of Labor. |
Neena Wiora
Neena Wiora, shareholder, is an experienced immigration attorney with over 20 years of experience, 15 of which in the field of immigration law. From 1990 to 1995 she was a Trial Attorney for the Department of Justice within their Tax Division. She concentrates her immigration practice on employment-based immigration matters, and has created a niche in the areas extraordinary ability alien, outstanding professor/researcher, and national interest waiver. Neena received her law degree in 1990 from the Southern Methodist University School of Law in Dallas, Texas, where she was Comments Editor for The International Lawyer. She received her Bachelor's degree (cum laude) in Accounting and Mathematics from Southern Methodist University in 1986. Neena is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association. |
Alana N. Taylor
Alana N. Taylor, associate, is an experienced immigration attorney with over 11 years of legal experience, 10 of which in the field of immigration law. She handles cases in all areas of the firm's practice, including some family-based immigration and naturalization, but focuses on employment-based matters such as labor certifications, immigrant visa petitions, and employment-based nonimmigrant visa categories. She obtained her law degree from the Southern Methodist University School of Law in 1999. Alana was selected to Barristers and served as the Co-Managing Editor of The SMU Law Review. She received her Bachelor's of Science degree in Advertising from the University of Texas in Austin in 1996. She is currently an active member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association. |
Marisa Martens Meyer
Marisa Martens Meyer, associate, has been with the firm for five years. She earned her law degree from South Texas College of Law in Houston, Texas in 2005. She received her Bachelor's of Business Administration from Southern Methodist University in Dallas in 2002. Marisa concentrates on employment-based matters such as nonimmigrant visas (H-1B, E-2, E-3, L-1A, L-1B, O-1), immigrant visa petitions (Outstanding Researcher/Professor, National Interest Waiver) and labor certifications. She is also a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association. |
